Shipping Policy — The Style Space LLC

At The Style Space, your curated selections and design experience are our top priority. We source furnishings and décor from trusted third-party trade vendors and manufacturers. All products are shipped directly from the supplier, which allows us to offer designer-level goods without warehousing or handling items ourselves. Please read the following information regarding how shipping works for physical merchandise purchased through our site.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All product orders are processed and fulfilled by the respective supplier, not by The Style Space.

  • Processing times vary by supplier but typically range from 2–7 business days.

  • Once your order is confirmed, it is forwarded to the manufacturer or distributor for fulfillment.

  • Some items—such as custom, made-to-order, or oversized furniture—may require extended processing times. These timelines are provided by each supplier and will be noted whenever possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Because each supplier uses its own carriers and shipping practices:

  • Shipping methods may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, LTL freight, or white-glove delivery. 

  • Delivery times vary by item and supplier. Most in-stock décor ships within 1–3 weeks; large furniture pieces may take 4–10 weeks or longer depending on production schedules and freight availability.

  • Any estimated delivery dates are supplier-provided estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


​You will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available from the supplier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by each supplier based on:

  • Item weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method

  • Shipping destination

  • Supplier-specific rate structures

 

Some items may include free shipping; others may require additional freight or white-glove delivery fees—these fees are determined by the supplier, not The Style Space.

4. Delivery Requirements

For freight or white-glove shipments:

  • The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to accept oversized or freight shipments.

  • Please inspect packaging before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery slip and photograph it immediately.

5. Damages, Defects & Missing Items

Because items ship directly from third-party suppliers:

  • All damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email info@thestylespace.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue


We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue based on their policies, which may include replacement, repair, or refund. Please note: The Style Space is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed.
